Somebeachsomewhere, one of the Greatest Ever

This Saturday September 6th at Mohawk may be the last opportunity for Canadian harness racing fans to see the great Mach Three colt Somebeachsomewhere in pacing action. After Saturday's race, the Beach is scheduled to head to Kentucky for a time trial at the Red Mile, followed by races on September 29th and October 4th. The goal of the trial is to break Cambest's 15 year old record of 146.1, still the fastest mile ever paced by a standardbred racehorse; Good Luck Beach!!!

The Simcoe Stakes 3 year old colt pacing is divided into two fields, the 2nd race pitting the steady Keystone Horatio aganst the sometimes spectacular Santanna Blue Chip.
