Woodbine and Mohawk Pick 3 / Pick 4 selections 26AUG11

After hitting last night's Mohawk Late Pick 4, on only the second day of sharing my picks, I'm now even more excited to keep sharing my Outsiders System* selections. Here are some $8 tickets for your consideration this afternoon and evening:

Bracketed numbers are to be deployed in the event of an early scratch (late scratches get you the fave in that leg of the ticket).

Race 4 - Pick 4

Mohawk Race 4 - Pick 4

This Pick 4 suggestion employs a tactic called Fade the Fave, whereby you survey the 8 Pick 4 races (early and late P4's) and find the lowest M/L odds on any horse, which in this case is Il Mago (2 to 1) in the 6th, a trotter driven by Trevor Ritchie, a top trotting driver.

The way to play Fade the Fave is choose 5 other horses instead of the low-odds fave, and you only get to take the low odds fave if one of your horses scratches, early or late. Here it is:
